Note: Please read the terms and conditions before you book for service.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING A MACHINE

  • Signing or agreeing this repair note referred to therein is acceptance and acknowledgement of these conditions.

  • Standard Service charges (£50.00 Inc VAT) should be paid in advance in which we will give you an estimate for the problem, if you accept the estimate further work will be carried out. In this case service charges will be included in the total cost. If you do not accept the estimate, services charges will not be refunded in any circumstance.

  • Some times this standard service charge will include basic services which will cover minor problems that does not need any spare parts or extra longer hours to carry out the work.

  • All the spares replaced will carry 3 months warranty. (Excludes physical damage or any other related damage by customer.)

  • Repairing of motherboard and power jack does not carry any warranty.

  • Service is only guaranteed for the service provided by us. We donot take any responsibility for any other problems associated with it or arises in the machine from time to time after the delivery (any software or hardware).

  • For spillage machine booking, even if the machine is working when you given to us, we still consider it as dead machine. Because spillage machine are unstable and will create unexpected problems, when we working on them. We do not take any responsibility for such cases.

  • If your do not want to carry on with the repair work you will need to give us 2 days notice to pack the machine ,before collecting it from our premises or before posting.

  • For recovery of data, data transfer and data cloning, password resetting, recovery of password - must provide proof of purchase and Identity.

  • In the cases machine repairs, please check all your data is backed up before you book it .No back-ups are given after the delivery of items. Or else you must specify us to take a backup of your data. Data for data recovery jobs needs to be checked the same day delivery. Please check your data before you leave our premises.

  • All system recovery machines only come with default Windows programs. Customers should have Anti virus/MS Office CDs to load them back or should provide us to load them back. Or else you must discuss first regarding your programs to be backed up. We will tell you the possibility of backing up.

  • The company is not liable for claims against any lost or missing parts in the dead or not working machines. All dead machines left for repair, are at customer's own risk. We are not liable for any data loss during repair. Make sure, you backup your data before you leave it for repair.

  • Please check all your belongings before you leave the premises.

  • Collect your machine with in 15 days of delivery date; otherwise we will dispose the machine with out any further notice...

  • All goods in this repair note remain the property of ITRC until payments are received in full.

  • Non delivery of goods must be notified in writing with in seven days of invoice date.

  • Goods will not be delivered without an invoice. No duplicate invoice will be issued.

  • Spares are subject to availability. We can do only our best to provide service as earliest as possible. If certain spare is not available in the market, in such cases we will not be able to repair your machine.

  • No warranty for software installation, drivers and anything related to software. Company is not liable for any loss of data or software during data recovery process, unless otherwise stated.

  • The conditions in this repair note do not in any way effect your statutory rights.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EXPERT DATA RECOVERY

  • Standard Data recovery checking charges £50.00 in VAT pounds should be paid in advance in which we will give you estimation for the Data recovery. If you accept for the estimation further work will carry out .In this case service charges will be included in the Total cost. If you donot accept for the estimation services charges will not be refunded. Before we carry out your full data recovery we will give an approximate charges for the recovery. If you accept for the approximate data recovery price then we will carry out further work on it, once we finalize the data recovery we will let you know , how much data can be retrived and exact price.

  • For recovery of data, data transfer and data cloning, password resetting, recovery of password - must provide proof of purchase and Identity.

  • The company is not liable for claims against any lost or missing parts in the dead or not working machines

  • Collect your data with in 15 days of delivery date; otherwise we will dispose them

  • All goods in this repair note remain the property of Iconnet until payments are received in full

  • Non delivery of goods must be notified in writing with in seven days of invoice date

  • Goods will not be delivered without invoice. No duplicate invoice will be issued

  • Company is not liable for loss of data during the repair

  • Please check your data once you receive them, we will not store your data once the data recovery is done and delivered to you

  • More than 75% of data recovery is considered as full recovery � Percentage of full recovery depends on the drive condition. Depending on the drive condition file may get corrupted. Some files will be in unrepairable condition

  • For all small storage drives- USB memory stick, memory chips. Storage media cards etc � No Recovery No Fee.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RECOVERY CDS
  • You must specify us correct details of the machine software you looking for
  • You must specify what Operating system you have on the machine. Example: windows xp Home or windows xp professional, windows 2000 Professional etc
  • We will give you one Operating system cd and drivers cd. And follow the instructions to load them
  • In some cases we will provide original recovery cds, and may cost you more.Please discuss with out service team before you order
  • Note: For loading the operating system you must have a valid Microsoft licence number sticker labelled on your machine � otherwise you can not run the Operating system load.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING A CALLOUT
  • Standard Callout charges 75.00 + VAT pounds should be paid in advance in which we send you an engineer to your location and will look at your problem and an estimation will given for the problem , if you accept for the estimation further work will carried out. If only service is needed rest of the work will be carried out on hourly basis. These types of charges will change according to the situation. Please discuss with our customer support team for further details .Contract companies will have different charges

  • All payments must be settled immediately in full after the service
  • Non delivery of goods must be notified in writing with in seven days of invoice date.
    Customers may be subject to a restocking charge if the products are brought back without a fault
  • Goods will not be delivered without invoice. No duplicate invoice will be issued
  • Company is not liable for loss of data during the repair. Before book the machine for repair, ensure that you have backed up your data. Unless otherwise you specifically state us to do so
    No guarantee for any software related services i.e. system recovery, virus and other software related services
  • Payment should be made immediately after the service. For contracts we have separate payment terms and condtions please discuss with our sales team if you are looking for a Contract Service
  • For pay as you go service call outs � any service problems should be made immediately after the service . ( with in 24 -48 hrs ) if not it is considered as a new service call out

  • Only registered and existing users are eligible to full online technical support
  • No technical support is available on phone
  • During the process online technical support or on telephone � we are not responsible for any bad effects that arise due misunderstanding or any other circumstances that leads unexpected faults or errors
